What are the obligatory elements of my invoice?
The following elements need to be present on your invoice according to Dutch regulations:
– Date of the invoice
– Unique invoice number
– VAT and Chamber of commerce number
– Your company name and address
– Your clients name and address
– The amount and description of the delivered services or products
– The amount including VAT and excluding VAT and the VAT amount due
– In case of VAT reverse charge, indicate this
– Payment term
